GS circular drum sifter adopts high carbon steel forged pallet set (hardness HRC60+) with self-aligning roller bearings to realize dynamic balance of the drum, with a load capacity of 30t, ensuring large inclination angle (0°-7°) operation without offset, and adapting to overloaded working conditions of mines. Motor (11-90kW) driven gear/chain drive, supplemented by hydraulic motor back-up system, switching back-up power within 10 seconds in case of sudden power failure, guaranteeing continuous production and reducing downtime loss by 90%.

1: Heavy-duty wear-resistant structure

Adopting manganese steel screen plate (thickness 8-15mm, service life ≥12 months) and reinforced drum frame (diameter 800-3000mm), adapting to high impact and high abrasion working conditions, processing capacity 50-600t/h, screening efficiency ≥90%.

 

2: Multi-stage stratified screening

The drum is equipped with 2-4 layers of screen mesh (aperture 5-100mm), the materials are tumbling and classified with the drum rotation (speed 5-15rpm), the coarse materials are discharged from the high end, and the fine materials are screened through the screen layer by layer, and the finished products have uniform particle size (grade difference ±5%).

 

3Sticky and wet materials do not block the screen

The roller inclination angle is adjustable (0°-7°), with built-in sieve cleaning device (elastic ball or steel brush), anti-clogging rate ≥95%, suitable for sand, slag, construction waste and other viscous and wet materials with water content ≤15%.

 

4: Intelligent control system

Variable frequency drive (power 11-90kW) real-time adjustment of speed and inclination, with load sensor dynamic optimization of screening efficiency, ton of power consumption as low as 0.3kW-h, year-on-year energy saving of 20%.

Working Principle

Working Principle

The material enters into the rotating drum through the inlet, and the drum is driven to rotate by the pallet set and driving motor, and the built-in screen mesh throws and tumbles the material through centrifugal force and gravity. The large particles slide along the screen surface to the discharge end, and the fine materials fall into the lower layer or collection hopper through the screen holes. The self-cleaning design of the screen surface (sieve cleaning mechanism + inclination adjustment) guarantees continuous operation without clogging, and the separation precision reaches ±2mm.
