PLF Vertical Compound Crusher is a kind of high efficient sand making equipment, also known as Vertical Shaft Sand Making Machine. It adopts vertical spindle design, accelerating the material to the peripheral guard plate or material layer through the high-speed rotating impeller, utilizing the principle of stone hitting stoneor stone hitting ironto realize the self-impact crushing and grinding of material. The PLF Vertical Compound Crusher is characterized by compact structure, rounded grain shape, controllable gradation (discharge size is usually 0-5mm), and can be flexibly adapted to different hardness of rocks (e.g. granite, cobbles) by adjusting the rotational speed, feed volume and other parameters, and is widely used in the fields of construction, concrete aggregates, and mechanism sand production, with the advantages of high output, low energy consumption and easy maintenance.

1. Large crushing ratio

Can be a larger size of the material crushed into a smaller size of the finished product, reducing the subsequent processing steps.

Adopting the crushing principle of “stone hitting stone” or “stone hitting iron”, through the high-speed centrifugal force to realize the self-collision crushing of materials, the finished sand has rounded grain shape and continuous grading (fineness modulus is adjustable), which can meet the demand for high grade concrete sand.

Working Principle

The material from the top of the inlet falls vertically into the high-speed rotor assembly, the rotor on the multi-layer hammer head under the action of centrifugal force on the material for high-speed impact, so that the large pieces of material preliminary cracked. The crushed material is projected to the peripheral impact liner, forming a second impact collision, the material in the hammer head and liner repeatedly rebound, friction, and at the same time by the lower part of the rotor milling chamber extrusion, further refinement of particles. The crushed material drops to the bottom adjustable screen plate, the particles that meet the size requirements are discharged through the screen holes, and the substandard particles re-enter the crushing zone driven by the rotor, forming a closed loop until the size is qualified.
