PLF Vertical Compound Crusher is a kind of high efficient sand making equipment, also known as Vertical Shaft Sand Making Machine. It adopts vertical spindle design, accelerating the material to the peripheral guard plate or material layer through the high-speed rotating impeller, utilizing the principle of “stone hitting stone” or “stone hitting iron” to realize the self-impact crushing and grinding of material. The PLF Vertical Compound Crusher is characterized by compact structure, rounded grain shape, controllable gradation (discharge size is usually 0-5mm), and can be flexibly adapted to different hardness of rocks (e.g. granite, cobbles) by adjusting the rotational speed, feed volume and other parameters, and is widely used in the fields of construction, concrete aggregates, and mechanism sand production, with the advantages of high output, low energy consumption and easy maintenance.
1. Large crushing ratio
Can be a larger size of the material crushed into a smaller size of the finished product, reducing the subsequent processing steps.
2. Uniform product size
Adopting the crushing principle of “stone hitting stone” or “stone hitting iron”, through the high-speed centrifugal force to realize the self-collision crushing of materials, the finished sand has rounded grain shape and continuous grading (fineness modulus is adjustable), which can meet the demand for high grade concrete sand.
3. Flexible adjustment
Through the frequency conversion speed control impeller speed, or adjust the amount of feed, waterfall way, quickly adapt to different hardness materials (granite, pebbles, etc.), the output size is accurate (0-5mm).
4. Simple structure
The main components are reasonably laid out, easy to understand and operate, reducing the difficulty and cost of maintenance.
5. Environmental protection and energy saving
Closed structure combined with dust removal interface design, effectively reduce dust spillage, low noise, energy consumption than the traditional impact crusher reduced by about 30%.
6. Low energy consumption
Compared with other similar crushers, the energy consumption is lower under the same production capacity, saving energy costs.
7. Less affected by moisture
The water content can be up to about 8%, which has better crushing effect on wet materials and is not easy to be clogged.
