Working Principle

After the recycling machine is started, the sewage pump sends the sand-water mixture into the cyclone, and the fine sand with eccentricity is sent to the dewatering screen. After dewatering, the fine sand and water are effectively separated, and a small amount of fine sand and mud return to the washing tank. When the liquid level of the washing tank is high, the fine sand is discharged from the output port. The linear vibrating screen can recover materials with a concentration of 70%-85%, and the fineness can be adjusted by changing the rotating speed of the pump, changing the concentration of the slurry and adjusting the overflow water production.
