The tire mobile impact crushing plant is designed for efficient crushing and fast transfer, equipped with full hydraulic tire chassis, four-wheel independent steering + hydraulic outrigger stabilization system, self-propelled movement without trailer (speed 1.8km/h), 15 minutes to complete the parking - crushing mode switching, suitable for construction sites, quarries, and other flat sites. The core impact crusher adopts heavy-duty double rotor design (speed 450-750rpm), equipped with high chromium composite plate hammer (life expectancy ≥ 6,000 hours), with a maximum feed size of 600mm, capacity of 200-650t/h, finished product size of 10-50mm infinitely adjustable, and a cubic rate of ≥ 92%. Intelligent control system monitors the rotor balance, bearing temperature and motor load in real time, automatically matches the gap of impact plate and feeding frequency, and triggers the shutdown protection within 5 seconds under abnormal working conditions, reducing the failure rate by 45%. The modular quick-disassembly structure supports 15-minute replacement of the plate hammer, the integrated reclaim circulation system improves the crushing efficiency by 20%, and the -25℃ low-temperature preheating and 50℃ forced air-cooling ensure all-weather stable operation. Working Principle

The working principle of tire type mobile impact crushing plant is explained in detail: the material is introduced into the vibrating feeder (amplitude 0-12mm adjustable) by the hydraulic folding hopper (volume 10m³), and after pre-screening to remove the soil residue, the electromagnetic iron remover (12,000 gauss) adsorbs the steel bar and other metal impurities accurately, and the clean raw material enters into the impact crushing chamber. The double rotors rotate in the reverse direction at 450-750rpm, the plate hammers hit the materials at high speed, and the counterattack plate dynamically adjusts the gap (15-80mm) through the hydraulic cylinder to realize multi-stage impact crushing. Finished products are discharged by the main conveyor belt (with a bandwidth of 1.2m and an adjustable speed of 0-3.5m/s) after passing through the bottom; over-limit materials are returned to the crushing through the return belt, forming a closed loop. Intelligent system monitors the rotor speed, motor current and bearing temperature in real time, and automatically matches the feeding speed and crushing intensity, with the processing capacity of hard rock stabilized at 200-650t/h, and the cubic rate of finished products ≥92%. The hydraulic quick-disassembly structure supports the replacement of plate hammer in 15 minutes, and the -25℃ low-temperature pre-lubrication and 50℃ oil cooling ensure the continuous operation under extreme working conditions.
