The equipment adopts multi-axis differential rotary screening technology, configured with 10-20 wear-resistant alloy rollers (diameter 200-400mm, hardness HRC58-62), independent frequency conversion drive for each axle (speed 5-25rpm), and realizes the forced tumbling, dispersing and screening of viscous and wet materials (mud content ≤ 40%) through staggered spiral blades. Large stones are pushed to the discharging end with the blades, and the mud and fine residue are separated by the roller gap (10-100mm adjustable), and can be optionally matched with the high-pressure spray system (water pressure 0.5-1.2MPa) to wash the adhering materials, with the mud and stone separating efficiency ≥90%. Intelligent control system monitors the torque and water content in real time, and dynamically adjusts the speed difference between the rollers and the amount of water spraying, the processing capacity reaches 50-500t/h, and the mud content of the finished aggregate is ≤3%. Heavy-duty bearing seat (IP68 protection) and self-cleaning scraper design, adaptable to -25 ℃ to 60 ℃ high humidity, high viscosity working conditions, modular roller set to support a single replacement (≤ 30 minutes), wear-resistant blade life of ≥ 8,000 hours, is widely used in construction waste, river sludge and mine tailings resource treatment, compared with the reduction of energy consumption by 25%, reduce operating costs by 40%!

Working Principle

The material enters the screen surface through the feeder, and several parallel-arranged wear-resistant alloy rollers (200-400mm in diameter) are driven by independent frequency conversion motor (5-25rpm), and the neighboring rollers rotate according to the set speed difference (±10% difference in rotational speed), which drives the surface spiral blades to shear, roll and push the viscous and wet materials. Large stone material in the blade driven to the discharge end of the movement, soil and fine residue through the roller gap (10-100mm adjustable) drop separation, separation of sieve material through the bottom conveyor belt conveyor to the finished product area, synchronized high-pressure spraying system (0.5-1.2MPa) flushing roller surface, stripping adhering materials, preventing clogging of the sieve holes. Intelligent system monitors the current load and water content in real time, and dynamically adjusts the rotational speed difference of the rollers and the amount of water spraying, which is suitable for viscous and wet materials with mud content ≤ 40%, processing capacity 50-800t/h, and aggregate mud content ≤ 3%. Heavy-duty bearing group (grease automatic replenishment) and self-cleaning scraper design, wear-resistant blade life ≥ 8000 hours.
