PCD Heavy Hammer Crushers

PCD heavy hammer crusher adopts high-density polycrystalline diamond composite hammer head (PCD hammer head, life expectancy ≥ 5000 hours), equipped with hydraulic opening structure and modular hammer disk quick-change system, which realizes single hammer head quick change in 30 minutes. Heavy hammer rotor (diameter 1200-1800mm, speed 750-1200rpm) combined with stepped impact liner, impact-shear composite crushing of limestone, basalt and other medium and high hardness materials, the maximum feed size of ≤1000mm, processing capacity of 200-1200t/h, the finished product size of 5-40mm adjustable, the content of needles and flakes <10%. Intelligent monitoring system detects bearing temperature, rotor balance and vibration frequency in real time, automatically adjusts feeding speed and crushing gap, and triggers shutdown protection within 0.5 seconds in abnormal condition, reducing failure rate by 40%. Hydraulic lubrication system (-30℃ low-temperature resistant) and forced air-cooled channel ensure stable operation in high-temperature working conditions, and the energy consumption of the single machine is as low as 0.8kW-h/ton. It can be equipped with pre-screening or dual-power drive module, which is suitable for the head crushing of aggregate production line or the recycling crushing of construction waste, and the comprehensive operation cost is cut down by 30%.

Working Principle

The materials are fed into the crushing chamber evenly by the heavy vibrating feeder (amplitude adjustable from 0-15mm), and the high-speed rotating heavy hammer rotor (diameter of 1200-1800mm, speed of 750-1200rpm) drives the polycrystalline diamond composite hammerhead (PCD hammerhead) to crush the materials with high-speed impact. Under the impact force of the hammer head and the reverse collision of the stepped impact liner, the large material undergoes the multi-stage crushing of “impact - shear - grinding”, and is finally discharged through the bottom grate sieve (with the gap of 5-40mm infinitely adjustable), and the over-limit material is returned to the secondary crushing. Intelligent system monitors the rotor vibration (precision ±0.01mm), bearing temperature and motor load, and dynamically adjusts the feeding speed and the gap of the impact plate to ensure the stability of the finished product particle size (needle and flake <10%). The hydraulic opening structure (3 minutes opening and closing) supports the rapid replacement of the hammer head. Combined with -30℃ low temperature pre-lubrication and air-cooled heat dissipation system, the machine realizes the continuous and efficient crushing of limestone, basalt and other materials (compressive strength ≤ 250MPa), with a capacity of 1200t/h, and the power consumption of a single ton is as low as 0.8kW-h, which is suitable for the highly abrasive working conditions.
