LB Chain Plate Feeder

Chain feeder adopts high-strength alloy chain (tensile strength ≥800MPa) and wear-resistant manganese steel chain plate (thickness 10-30mm, life expectancy ≥5 years), equipped with high-frequency drive motor (power 7.5-75kW), to realize the large angle of inclination (0 ° -25 °) of heavy-duty materials (particle size ≤1500mm, capacity ≤3t/m³) continuous and uniform conveying, handling capacity of 50-1000t/h. Adjustable. Hydraulic automatic tensioning device compensates chain extension in real time, with intelligent lubrication system (interval 0.5-4h can be set), reducing wear and tear by 30%. Fully sealed structure (IP67 protection grade) and impact-resistant guide chute are suitable for mining, metallurgy, building materials and other high-dust, high-temperature (-30℃ to 120℃) harsh working conditions. Modular design supports quick replacement of chain plate unit (single piece replacement ≤ 10 minutes), standard overload protection sensor and foreign body jamming emergency reversal function, failure downtime rate <1%. Working Principle

he chain plate feeder drives the motor (power 7.5-45kW) to drive the high-strength alloy chain (pitch 150-400mm) to circulate through the speed reducer, and the manganese steel chain plate (width 800-2000mm) fixed on the chain to form a continuous loading surface, and the materials are evenly distributed on the chain plate through the guide groove, and then move with the chain with a uniform speed (speed of 0.05-1.5m/s) to the discharge port. Hydraulic tensioning device dynamically adjusts the chain tightness, together with the intelligent lubrication system to reduce friction loss, to ensure the smooth transportation of large materials (particle size ≤ 1500mm). Overload sensor monitors the motor torque in real time, when overloaded, it triggers the chain plate to run in the reverse direction for 0.5 seconds to clear the blockage and alarm synchronously. Modularized chain plate set can be partially replaced, fully sealed structure (IP67) and high temperature resistant design (120℃) are suitable for high dust and corrosive working conditions, with a capacity of 50-2000t/h, accurately matching the demand of crusher feed to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the production line.
