A sand and gravel production line is a complete set of equipment that integrates feeding, crushing, sand making, screening, and conveying. It primarily consists of a vibrating feeder, crushers (jaw crusher,impact crusher,cone crusher), sand-making machines (VSI crusher,vertical shaft impact crusher,double-roll crusher, and heavy hammer crusher), and vibrating screen. It processes various raw materials—including ores, rocks, river pebbles, and construction waste—into sand and gravel aggregates that meet construction standards. This system is widely used in infrastructure sectors such as highways, railways, water conservancy projects, and concrete batching plants, and also facilitates the recycling of construction waste.

1. Automated operation with simple controls requires minimal labor, resulting in high production efficiency and a 50% reduction in energy consumption compared to traditional equipment;
2. The finished product is of excellent quality, featuring uniform cubic particles with low content of needle- and flake-shaped particles and high compressive strength, meeting engineering quality standards for railways and other applications;
3. Easy maintenance: Wear-prone components are made of high-strength, wear-resistant materials, resulting in minimal wear, extended service life, and significantly reduced long-term operational and maintenance costs;
4. Environmentally compliant: Can be equipped with fully enclosed conveying and dust collection systems, meeting European environmental standards;
5. Customizable configurations based on production scenarios, application requirements, raw material types, output capacity, and finished aggregate particle size. We can dispatch technicians to the customer’s construction site for installation and commissioning, helping customers achieve maximum returns in the shortest possible time.

Raw materials are fed by an excavator into a vibrating feeder (which can perform preliminary screening)—then proceed to the primary crusher for coarse crushing—followed by the secondary crusher for medium crushing—then to the tertiary crusher for fine crushing (sand making)—and finally to a vibrating screen for grading.
Qualified sand and gravel are discharged via a conveyor belt to the finished product area, while non-conforming material is returned via a conveyor belt to the sand-making machine for secondary processing, completing the closed-loop production cycle. A sand washer can be integrated into the process to clean and remove impurities, ultimately producing finished sand and gravel of various specifications and achieving continuous, automated production.
